* Warranty period is one year. If any problem happen due to quality reason, our side will send instructions and free spare parts soon.
* If order not less than a 20'ft container, will offer 2% free spare parts.
Q4. How long will be the products lifetime ?
* Depend on using frequency. For instance, the lifetime of our massage chair is at least 5 years normally.
Q5. What is the Payment Term ?
* By T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, ****** Secure Payment, D/A, D/P, O/A, etc.
